Trademark Tours is a non-profit agency that offers historical walking tours of Harvard and MIT led by current students from an immensely diverse background of cultures and experiences dedicated to giving an entertaining insider experience at Harvard & MIT. Our tours are Harvard approved and registered with direct access to the yard. We run tours every day, every week of the year!

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Tour Manager at Trademark Tours, you will oversee and be the touchpoint for private and public tours. More specifically, you’ll connect the tour guides to guests by checking-in guests, promote our guided walking tours, and help guests have a positive and enjoyable experience by answering questions and assisting them before they begin their tour. The Tour Manager role plays a crucial part in ensuring the success of Trademark Tours and requires strong problem-solving skills, leadership, and communication skills. All Tour Managers earn a fixed wage of $18/hr.Apply now and become a part of our team!
